1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ningbo Bohua Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd. ("Bohua Casting", "we", "us"), a B2B aluminum casting manufacturer registered at No. 27, Yonglin Road, Shangtian Street, Fenghua District, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315500, China.

2. Data we collect and why

We only collect the minimum data needed to respond to sourcing inquiries and to maintain B2B relationships. Specifically:

• Contact form / RFQ submissions: your name, business email, company, country, project description, uploaded drawings or specs. Used only to prepare a quote and to follow up on that specific project.
• B2B outreach recipients: your name, job title, business email, and publicly available company context (e.g. LinkedIn profile, company press release) used as the basis for a single contextual introductory email.
• Website analytics: aggregated page-level traffic data (country-level, no personal identifiers). We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For visitors and recipients based in the European Economic Area, our lawful basis for processing personal data is:

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for B2B outreach emails, where we have a documented legitimate interest in contacting professionals at companies that are potential customers of an aluminum casting supplier, and the outreach is proportionate, relevant, and easy to opt out of.

• Active supplier / customer records: for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years to meet China and EU tax, export, and product liability retention rules.
• Opt-out records (UNSUBSCRIBE list): retained permanently so we do not contact you again.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, and other equivalents), you have the right to:

Website hosting: Cloudflare (global edge network, GDPR compliant). Email: Zoho Mail (business accounts under @bohua-casting.com). CRM / lead records: internal, stored in Ningbo, China, with access limited to our sales team and IT administrator. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. International data transfers

If you are based outside China, by submitting a form or engaging in a B2B email conversation, you understand and agree that your business contact data will be transferred to and processed in mainland China for the purposes described in section 2. Bohua Casting implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encrypted transmission, restricted access) consistent with EU Standard Contractual Clauses principles.

bohua-casting.com uses only essential cookies required for site function and anonymous traffic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

All technical content (material specifications, tolerance standards, process parameters) is reviewed by our engineering team before publication.
