Ningbo Bohua Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd. (Bohua Casting) is a manufacturer and trading company specializing in aluminum casting, CNC machining, tooling, heat treatment, and surface finishing for custom industrial components.
Our Ningbo site covers 24.5 mu / approximately 16,300 m², including 13,420 m² of production and building area. The four casting routes are gravity casting, LPDC, HPDC, and sand casting.
Our 85 workers are supported by production-planning and quality-review workflows that help coordinate casting, machining, inspection, and traceability. Buyer references or program details are handled under NDA during qualified RFQ review.
Production Monitoring and Quality Review
Bohua uses local production-data workflows to coordinate casting plans, machine utilization, inspection results, and traceability records.
Production teams review furnace temperatures, cycle times, defect trends, mold utilization, and scheduling status so corrective actions can be handled with clear records.
The objective is clearer production review and more consistent process follow-up for demanding aluminum casting programs.
